Background Information
Many secrets of
Ohhhh Boy, where to begin. Well I suggest you get comfy,
cuz this is no Cliffs Notes. There is a lot of information available about this
scenario And you're getting it all =) So sit back, pour some coffee and find out all there is about the
greatest enigma in
So
you want to be a Necromancer?
Simple, you say? Just find an Amulet of the Three
you say? Attitude like that typically ends up with...
#### Your impatient butt was just killed by an
amulet of the three. =P
Acceptance of the following guidelines is the only way to assure your
immortality
Here
are the requirements to wear an Amulet of the Three (from here on I shall refer
to them as Ao3)
o
You must have 60 hit
points. The Lich demands strength from her followers
o
Your karma must be no
higher than negative 30 to equip the Ao3. Attempting before you are vile enough
can be fatal.
o
lf you are not vile, do not equip yet mere possession of the Ao3 will
corrupt your karma until you are reads to wear it.
o
You
must accept lie blood oath. Only death can separate your bond with the Ao3.
o
You
must keep the Ao3 fed. Failure to do so results in your death and loss of the
Ao3.
The hunger is a burning knot somewhere inside your skull. It is time to
feed.
Benefits
of wearing an Ao3
o
The Ao3 feeds off the
life force released by the death of creature’s players in the same area. In
turn the Ao3 feeds your vigor. Although you needn’t kill the creature yourself,
the life force gained is greater if you do.
o
The Ao3 insists that you
remain vile. Should your karma raise above negative 30
it will inflict pain upon you while it corrupts your karma back down.
o
A Necromancer’s primary
attributes are Mage-like. In return for the blood oath, you are granted
statistic boons and debits as your reward. These fluctuate with your karma as
well as the hunger status of the Ao3. Maximum benefit / debit is as follows:
§
Intellect: +11
§
Mysticism: +11
§
Aim: -6
§
Might: -6
§
Stamina: +1
o
Achieving these values is
only possible for Guilded Necromancers as well as requiring extremely low karma
and a well fed Lich
You are entitled to learn spells that the
Lich teaches.
o
While not of any actual value, a Qor mastery
robe will turn red when Dispel Illusion is cast. And well it looks cool =P
The Downside to wearing an Ao3
Acceptance
of the Blood Oath is not without consequence
o
You are no longer of the world of the Living. While
you wear the Ao3 you are Un-dead and susceptible to attacks which similarly
affect the Undead.
o
Silver Arrows do increased damage to you. The silver arrow stings your undead flesh!
o
If the Lich is killed, you are killed along with
her. Online or offline your fate is sealed.
Congratulations, you’re a
Necromancer =)
As a Necromancer you now have a few choices to make. Fulfill your destiny
completely by joining The Order of the Necromancers, swearing your allegiance
to Venya'cyr Eternal Queen of Brax. Or you can merely wander the country sides
spreading your vileness maximizing your potential for evil. You should he
warned however. The Hunters are able to track your every move. Your grasp on
this plane may come to a halt should you be caught unprepared.

Here
are the requirements to wield the Sword of the Hunt:
o
You must have 60 hit points. The Sword of the Hunt
demands strength from those who would wield it.
o
Before it will allow you to pick it up. The SotH
requires you to maintain Karma of at least positive 30. Should your
Karma fall below this, the SotH will inflict pain upon you while it purifies
your soul, raising your karma.
o
You must be Innocent in the eyes of the Law. (White
Name)
o
You must accept the commitment of The Hunter. The
SotH Bonds with its owner in such a way that death is the only way to release yourself from the
commitment.
o
You must keep the SotH fed Failure to do so results
in your death and loss of the SotH.
Benefits of the
Sword of the Hunt
o
The SotH feeds off the life force released by the
death of creatures/players in the same area. In turn the SotH feeds your vigor.
Altho you needn’t kill the creature yourself the life force gained is greater
if you do.
o
The SotH does not require mending. Regular feeding
will maintain the SotH’s condition.
o
A Hunter’s primary attributes are Warrior-like. In
return for the Hunters commitment, you are granted statistic boons and debits
as our reward, These
fluctuate with your karma as well as the hunger/wear status of the SotH.

Tendrath sells only to Hunters.
The Downside to wielding the SotH
Altho few, there are some negative aspects. Well actually I can only
think of one and the aspect of it being a “downside” is relative to the
wielder.
o
You MUST
remain an innocent in the eyes of the Law. (i.e. your safety must remain ON)
Should you become an outlaw you will offend the SotH and it will leave your
possession. re-spawning as usual within the Dungeon of Castle Brax
